Rainberry Lake Homeowners Association
Resident Information
During the daytime (8 AM to 8 PM, we have a guard on duty in the guard house. The guard will screen all non-residents and deliveries attempting to enter the community. Other than Common Carriers and Official Services, the guard must call the host Resident for permission to admit that visitor. However, each resident household may specify up to ten (10) Authorized Visitors. These visitor's names, as it appears on their Driver's License, will be entered in the Resident's database system.
To make any changes to a Resident's records - resident's names, phone numbers, email addresses, Authorized Visitors - the Resident must send an email to resident.info@rainberryvillas.com
