Welcome to Rainberry Lake Homeowners Association

Rainberry Lake is a gated community of private homes found in beautiful Delray Beach, Florida.  Within Rainberry Lake, there are two separate Homeowners Associations.  Rainberry Lake Homeowners Association (AKA Rainberry Lake Homes or 'The Homes') and The Villas of Rainberry Lake (AKA Rainberry Lake Villas or 'The Villas').  This website is for Rainberry Lake Homes.  

As you enter the community, if you turn right after the guard house, you are in The Homes'.  If you turn left after the guard house, you are entering Rainberry Villas HOA.  If you live in or are interested in The Rainberry Villas, please visit The Villas website www.rainberryvillas.com

The Rainberry Lake Homes community is made up of 137 privately-owned single-family homes.  The property borders a private lake where our residents can boat, paddleboard or kayak.  Boaters within our community have access to 30 miles of waterways thru a secure gate that is accessible to residents only.  We also offer tennis courts, basketball courts, a large heated pool and a hot tub.

Rainberry Lake is situated on the northside of Lake Ida Road, one block west of Congress Avenue and one mile east of Military Trail.  There is easy access to I95 and the property is an easy 10-minute drive to Downtown Delray Beach's famous Atlantic Avenue.
